The SFC season begins its northeast swing with three consecutive events in the Atlantic Division, beginning with the SJYS Offshore Showdown from spectacular Cape May, New Jersey. A relatively young event, the showdown has quickly built a loyal following among northeast anglers and fans on the Jersey shore.
The competition begins July 7 through the 9th with a lay day on July 8th, and with big blue marlin and potentially some white marlin in play, teams will be looking to make the most of every day. Teams like Barracuda, which took top marlin honors in 2021 and Canyon Lady, which took overalls, could be looking to put last year’s experience to work once again.
